GROOMED???  You **** ignoramus.  Kids go to their state licensed school social workers or state licensed mental health professional counselors and talk about things they can't talk about with their parents.  It's a violation of confidentiality laws nationally through HIPAA and in every one of the 50 states for a licenced counselor to discuss anything about the services provided for any child over the age of 12 years.  If a licensed counselor or social worker violates client confidentiality of any client over the age of 12 years, they have broken the law.  It's the most important of laws regarding mental health counseling and violators lose their licenses to practice.  The only time confidentiality for anybody over the age of 12 years can be broken is if the client presents as a danger to self or others.  That's it.

IT'S THE **** LAW.  AND IT'S THERE TO PROTECT CHILDREN, IN MANY CASES FROM THEIR OWN FAMILIES.  THE GREAT MAJORITY OF CHILDREN WHO ARE SEXUALLY "GROOMED" ARE GROOMED BY A MALE FAMILY MEMBER, TYPICALLY THEIR FATHER.
