Floridians (and public records laws) get the shaft - Miami Herald DeSantis appointed Florida Supreme Court judge, Barbara Lagoa, ruled against the public's right to know, in favor of DeSantis' “executive privilege” to not have to disclose communication between his office and “six or seven pretty big legal conservative heavyweights” that DeSantis consulted when making judicial picks for that same Florida Supreme Court. (quite a racket, eh?)
DeSantis trolls with 'tax-free gas stove' proposal. There's just one big problem with that - very few Florida homes use gas stoves - Raw Story (but hey, if it serves as yet another phony *** issue to stir up the maga-brained, go for it!)
