I moved to Mexico in November of 2011 and returned in October of 2017. And I returned to Maine, on my US passport, every year, at least once per year, during that entire time. If I had been under any sort of suspicion for any crime committed in Maine prior to 2011, I would have been snapped up the minute I reentered the country.
Why must you persist in this libelous lie?
