The people in New Orleans were trapped in the Superdome and left there for days with nothing.
No food, no water, no nothing.

From what I have seen, the people being rescued in Houston are being taken to shelters were they get a cot, hot food and fresh clothing.

Which situation do you think might make people whine more?
