So it looks like it's the right size for an avatar.
Wish I could find a little bigger one, but no luck.

Okay try this.
Click on Menu in the upper left corner.


Click on User Control Panel


Click on the Profile Tab and then Click on Edit Avatar


Now you can either upload a file from your device, or enter a URL
Let's try the URL option first.
Copy and paste this URL into the middle box then Click on Submit.
