Then, after the fact, Ken Starr wanted to try and find out if Juanita had been intimidated into signing that affidavit...so Starr offered her immunity from perjury due Juanita's reasons for originally agreeing to the affidavit.

So what did she say to Ken Starr, because from what I've read the first time she said that Clinton raped her was in a television interview on NBC in 1999.

And if so, why was Bill Clinton not charged with that in his impeachment?

One of the reasons I take these stories with a grain of salt is because there were a lot of people financially backing people like Paula Jones to bring down the Clintons.
People like Richard Mellon-Scaife, Susan Carpenter McMillan and even Kellyanne Conway's husband George Conway.

I don't know if you remember, but Paula Jones who had no money went through a complete and radical makeover during that whole scandal, including plastic surgery.

After getting her teeth fixed, wardrobe upgraded and hair straightened, the woman who sued President Clinton decided to get her nose done.

The New York Post and Daily News said Jones was seen leaving a New York plastic surgeon's office Saturday morning with her nose heavily bandaged; it should take about three weeks to heal.

It's unclear who paid for the $9,000 nose job.

Jones, a former Arkansas secretary, is a housewife living in Long Beach, Calif., and her husband, Stephen, recently lost his job as an airline ticket agent.

The Post, citing unidentified sources, said the money came from an anonymous donor.

So she was a housewife, her husband was unemployed and she gets her teeth fixed (braces), her hair straightened, a new wardrobe and a $9,000 nose job?

Hmmm.
