Yes they do...all the time.

It had dragged on for four years.
The judge said she couldn't show any damages, and it was dismissed but her lawyers appealed it anyway.

Since she couldn't show any damages, he had a very good chance of winning.
But he paid the settlement while it was still on appeal, without having to admit any wrongdoing, because like I said, she had a whole team of lawyers working for free who would have dragged it on forever.

To me that says that he had enough and wanted it over with.

But to you he must be guilty because .........Clinton.
