You poor, deluded thing. For starters, "since the great recession" is a blip. It has no relevance to the issue I raised regarding inflation - the 60k house you SAY should be going for 17k, according to your preposterous inflation numbers. Showing a "trend" so short-lived as to be meaningless doesn't offer any substance at all - it's flak throwing.

In 1996, I needed to make my own label of hotel soap, which I was giving away as part of a marketing campaign. I also needed printing on plastic, and some 1/2 gallon jugs with caps.

To procure these needed items for my campaign, I spent several weeks visiting the local library for several hours each day, using the Thomas Business Directory to copy the contact information of hundreds of manufacturers all over the US. In the end, I made contacts in all three necessary industries, and got the items I needed at a price I felt was good, given my research.

Today, I could get all of those things ordered in two hours, while keeping a window open to **** with saps like yourself who are dumb enough to believe that a blip is a meaningful trend.

If worker productivity brought costs down, son, we'd be dining for dimes and doing Dubai for dollars.
