He whines about Democratic obstructionism, but he was singing a different tune when Obama was the POTUS.
Flashback to 2012.
Look who is not taking responsibility now.
Obama, had "full control” of the Senate (60 votes) from September 24, 2009 until February 4, 2010.
A grand total of 4 months.
