So you want to see MASSIVE DEATH of millions of elderly?
Why do you hate old people? Do you hate your own parents?

How about this - you pay for the services you want or need.  Just like you pay for a platter of bacon at waffle house or a used Mercedes at the "buy-here-pay-here" lot. Old people have more money than they can spend.  They can spend it on staying alive.
