At a gay pride parade.. you do not get to this by accident. The parents had to plan for this and make the journey from point A to the parade. Public schools.. the student does not have control so not apples to apples. We have a gay pride parade in Reno.. guess what? I know where it is and therefore CHOOSE to avoid it.
