Of course there is a chance the victim shot himself. How can you deny that? Your own story admits there is not bodycam. What great evidence can there be?
shooting a black man is not supposed to be illegal in certain circumstances. For example, self defense. But the way courts are working today it seems to be effectively illegal to even defend yourself from black people.
