The LEAKS that they make of the Trump Tape will PREJUDICE any jury and will be TOTALLY EXCLUDED as any presentable evidence. You can bet THAT motion is in the works NOW.
AND not having any of the DOCUMENTS that allegedly Trump had and was discussing means it's TOTALLY **** and will be excluded from trial.
