Sorry, Donald Trump, But Your State Of The Union Ratings Are Not The 'Highest In History'
Donald Trump doesn't understand how Nielsen ratings work.
That's the most generous explanation for the president's Thursday morning tweet celebrating the television ratings for his first-ever State of the Union speech, which reached a total audience of 45.6 million people.
Trump called that "the highest number in history," which it most definitely was not.
