The corrupt FBI hacks on the 7th floor never called a grand jury, which is SOP to any real FBI investigation.

They allowed a witness to sit in on HRC's questioning.

And they gave immunity to her aides for no reason.

And at least two texted that no matter what was found, no one was going to be indicted.
