I don't recall if it was under oath, but yes, she did say that.

That falsehood was specifically cited by the prosecutor who questioned her, in the report in which she stated categorically that no reasonable prosecutor would have pursued this case.

Give your constant devotion to the facts and the truth, I was sure you'd have posted that information.
