Franken admitted many of the incidents, and there was a picture of him doing something rather rude. That wouldn't have been a big deal had he been 17, but he was a Senator at the time.

So why did there have to be due process, wackjob?

If there were ten accusations against Kavanaugh and if he admitted that half were true, he absolutely should have stepped down from the bench without any due process.
