And it is not 'ILLEGAL' for people to seek asylum in this country.
If 45 wants to make that illegal, then he needs to go to Congress and pass a law.
Of course he would only want to make it illegal for brown people to seek asylum, and that might be struck down by the courts.
Although with BARF Kavanaugh on the court now, who knows.
