These are desperate people who walked 1,000 miles to apply for asylum (which is not illegal) only to find the border closed.
45 said they were throwing rocks, but there were no reported injuries.

He also said that they used a minor form of tear gas, which is a lie.
His own Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said there is only one kind of tear gas.
He just pulls 'alternative facts' out of his ***.
