Which has nothing to do with it. The Constitution doesn't say anywhere that courts can re-draw districts on that basis; only that legislatures do so.

I see that you just ignored the map I showed you, and you also ignored the article that shows that Karl Rove had a whole strategy to gerrymander the districts to benefit the GOP.

Of course, because typically you're complaining only about what Republicans do, while ignoring what your party does.

I'll bet that there's a near balance between each party's gerrymandering, contrary to your claim.

In the past Democrats have routinely gotten more votes than Republicans in the House, yet Republicans have won more seats.

Except for decades before that when your party had more control. Deal with it. This is the way the system works until there's bipartisan reform.
