Never mind that Congress cannot force Barr into a lawsuit. That's a blatant violation of Separation of Powers and the Constitution.

Nadler is asking Barr to work with the Judiciary Committee to obtain a court order allowing them to release 6E material.
Watergate Special Prosecutor Leon Jaworski did that in the 70's and Independent Counsel Ken Starr did it in the 90's.
