Manafort: Five counts of filing false tax returns, two counts of bank fraud, one count of failing to disclose a foreign bank account, conspiracy to defraud the United States, failing to register as a foreign agent, money laundering, witness tampering and making false statements.
That doesn't count the 16 felony charges he still faces in the state of New York including residential mortgage fraud, and a yearlong scheme in which he allegedly falsified business records to obtain millions of dollars in loans.
Cohen: Five counts of tax evasion, one count of making false statements to a financial institution, one count of willfully causing an unlawful corporate contribution, one count of making an excessive campaign contribution at the request of a candidate (Trump) for the "principal purpose of influencing [the] election" and one count of lying to Congress.

Those are the exact crimes that Manafort and Cohen were convicted of.
