Children are being held in freezing cold overcrowded cages, forced to sleep on concrete floors with the lights on and only a mylar blanket, and have no access to soap, toothbrushes, diapers, clean clothes and the proper amount or type of food that growing children need.

I'm pretty sure that gatewaypundit is not reporting that.
