I didn't ask about indictment, psycho.

I asked if Mueller expressed an opinion if Trump had committed any crimes.

That is not only legal to express, but Barr specifically asked him to do so.

Mueller refused and left it to Barr and the Justice Dept. and they determined that Trump had committed no crimes.

No illegal collusion or conspiracy.

No obstruction of justice.

No crimes whatsoever.
