Sea walls can be useful against erosion or freak waves. They probably serve other functions - I'm not a sea wallologist. He probably has a technocrat telling him they need it - I mean, I doubt very seriously that he just looked on a map, found this particular property, and said, "We'd best put a sea wall here because of rising oceans, even though obama and gore both live in mansions on the beach."

What is YOUR theory - that trump secretly believes in sea level rise and gore and obama do not?

Why would trump building a sea wall signify ANYTHING to - even register with - a person who can blithely accept obama and gore living on the beach, with zero cognitive dissonance? If you paid as much attention to information that confutes your silly theories as you do to that which makes you salivate (all things trump), you might actually be a bit embarrassed at how silly y'all look when your leaders just rub their dicks in your faces by purchasing beachfront while getting you rubes hysterical over "disappearing islands," climate refugees," and "cities that will soon be underwater."
