That was about 6 hours before he Tweeted that Alabama was going to hit much harder than anticipated.



So why do you think that at 10:51 AM on September 1st, he was saying that Alabama was going to be hit much harder than anticipated?

My suspicion is that he was too busy with other things all weekend like golf and rage Tweeting to pay much attention to a category 5 storm headed our way.

But for whatever reason, he was wrong, and instead of just admitting that, he altered a map to try and cover his mistake.

That is something you might expect a child to do, not the POTUS.
