I'm not going to play your stupid game, I do however know the difference between semi automatic and automatic and bolt action i know what cosmetic features are and i actually agree that ban cosmetic features is silly. if no ban on semi automatic rifles i'd require a class 3 license for all semi automtics or do what the british did only alow semi asutomtic in rim fire trust me i have a legal backround i know all about guns.. and i know what to do with the constittution reclassify https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Title_II_weapons https://www.oldglorygunsandammo.com/nfa-class-iii-weapons/ all we have to do is add semi automatic rifle to this list problem solved constitutionally
