Moscow Mitch already said so, violating the oath he will take to do 'impartial justice' even before he has taken it.

Moscow Mitch said he is working in total coordination with the WH.
That's like the foreperson of a jury working with the defendant in a trial.

And other Senators have already said that they will not vote to remove him, even before the trial has started, also violating their oath before even having taken it.

When asked if he preferred a short trial or a longer one Trump said, "I'll do whatever I want"
So apparently the defendant is running his own trial.

I guess he doesn't understand that since the whole trial is rigged, and will never be seen as legitimate, no one will ever buy his phony claims of exoneration.
