Yes...after flying into Vegas, I picked up a car and drove to Mammoth Lakes...2 days later, I drove that car to Carson City, by way of Mono Lake (photo on request)...the next day I drove to S. Lake Tahoe, by way of Squaw..
Last Thursday it was 70 degrees, so I passed on skiing the half day and left early for Reno, from whence I would be flying to Dallas..
