It just was a very disturbing video.

Why are your images so small that you can't see what they are?

They go on 'my downloads'. And remember I have glaucoma and diminished eyesight!

At least that shot may get folks to slow down and drive more carefully?

I still can't figure out why your images don't go into your pictures folder.
When you right click on an image do you get an option to....."Save Image As?
If you do, you should be able to navigate to the folder where you want the image stored.
 
You're using Windows 7, right?
There should be a 'My Pictures' folder.
