He didn't get away with it.

A jury acquitted him of 67 counts of tax evasion, larceny and fraud in 1989.
In 1993, Sharpton plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge for failing to file state taxes for 1986, according to CNN.

I still don't understand WTF Al Sharpton or anyone else has to do with Trump.
