Yes, it is semi automatic.  WHy should it be  banned.  But remember, I already told you to ban it. 

Today's semi automatics are not of the Colt Family.  Why should they be banned?

1.  It is a semi automatic designed for civilians.

2.  You said it was modified.  What was modified.

3.  Today’s weapons are not part of the M16 family.  No need to balm them.
