nothing about her actions was racist. She disqualified the only juror in the jury pool who had not graduated from high school from a case where the defense argument was known to be extremely complex. The Maine Supreme Court agreed with her decision. The Federal Appeals Court agreed with her decision, and when the defense attorney couldn't take "no" for an answer and had the foolish temerity to ask SCOTUS, they tossed it back in his face. NO racism. Sorry.
