Yes, I am conspiracy theorist.  If I am right that something sinister is coming, then I have no choice but to gloat and make the doubters feel bad about themselves for the rest of their lives.

I would just assume this is a product of the competency crisis. It is just rather dumb pajeets being asked to do difficult jobs they aren't really qualified for. As boomers retire, the younger generations taking their place have no reason to take any seriously or develop any real skills...many of them simply have small brains...so across the board you will see things simply not work very well.
