The first American got the vaccine in mid-December. There was no vaccine available to the people on election day. The people voted for a president while in the midst of a pandemic for which there was not yet a vaccine. fact. They chose Joe. Joe did a great job, and America came out of COVID better, faster, stronger than any other country on the planet because of Joe's steady hand at the helm.
