What the judge actually said was "I hope to have an answer for everyone within the next two weeks", indicating that he's going to take his time looking at the testimony and whatever else was presented at that hearing. So, I wouldn't expect anything until this Friday at the soonest, or next Wednesday at the latest. Judge knows the world is watching him, and my bet is that he'll take his time but doesn't want to look like a government-sloth doing something on this in the last day of the 2 weeks he gave himself.
