No, the case if over. It's cooked. No matter how the judge rules, fani cannot effectively prosecute this case. All of her boyfriend's work is now under a cloud - as is her own. The mere fact that she ran on a get trump ticket - all by itself - nullifies her prosecution by giving her a personal stake in the case, which is verbotten.
