TRUMP LITMUS TESTS: If elected will any cons hold him accountable?
Unlike the overwhelming majority of people in the US, I understand a President (any President) can only do what Congress let's him do...either by negotiating or using the "bully pulpit" to shame them into action. Of course, using/abused the EO power can get some things done...but only until another President issues their own EO.
