There was not a vaccine prior to the election. There was a possible vaccine under development, but that is irrelevant to whether or not people had access to it. For all intents and purposes, a vaccine that is still under testing and development is not yet a vaccine.

Of course there wasn't. This was explained to you earlier. It normally takes 5-15 years to create a vaccine. That was posted earlier. They only had 9 months until the election. It was available on Dec 11 th 2020.
They should be applauded for that. Not turned into one of your talking points.
