Also precious metals and stones, textiles (especially luxury textiles like silk), and alcohol. Christian merchants found themselves unable to compete with them which is why merchants petitioned the crown to expell the jews in Venice in the 1400s and from some south American country (I forget which) much later...in both of those instances the crown rejected the petition because the jews provided so much money. Are you going to deny history? Stuff like this is uncontroversial and it is in fact the sort of thing many jews are proud of.
