This happened  my very first day in Germany as I reported to the Battalion Clerk with my 201 file and my orders. It was going to be up to her to find my "new home" .
This clerk was very nice, kind of flirty but not much to look at. She was maybe a "5" ....[with "7" being bare minimum ****]
She browsed through my 201 file and made comments about my IQ scores and about how well I had scored on proficiency tests.
This was very unusual I thought.
She told me to have a seat and wait because she needed to leave the room.
She seemed to be gone for a very long time.
She re-entered the room with a Black Guy in civilian clothes following her.
She introduced this guy to me as here husband.
He looked like the TV Actor who played "Benson" .He was a better looking man than she was a woman.
He spoke much more like a White Guy than a typical Negro.
At this point both of them are whispering, since we were standing in a large office with lots of other people talking, typing, etc.
They told me "point blank" that they wanted me to impregnate the young lady.
I think  it was because the man was sterile [vasectomy..?] I don't recall for sure.
OK..now this is where I had to let honesty be the best policy but I didn't want to offend the Clerk or her husband.
I told them that I had a "moral dilemma" [or something like that] and didn't want a child I had sired being raised by others.
I said I was honored...but could not go through with it.
I wasn't lying at all right  there because she wasn't sexy enough for me to be able to make this idea work
