THE BOSS is simply referring too West Imperialism and Colonialism/NeoColonialism.

But, the Hegemon is broken down, tired, and has run out of ideas other then to murder brown babies in Gaza
and arm 60yo men in Ukraine to die for EMPIRE.  Its time for the RISE OF THE EAST.

America was founded on exploitation. It's how we got our wealth. Exploitation is literally America's business model. If America will be unable to continue that model, then we wont last long.
