The do not "reapprove" for every use. The question of safe in vivo is already answered - it is FDA approved. As is the question of effective in vitro.
The only remaining question is effectiveness in vivo. Safety in vivo is established, and will not be re-established every time a new effectiveness is found. You are conflating - AGAIN.
