How do you think Isis, or the Taliban, or any other two bit terror club view the crisis in leadership at the moment? They hear the President is only dependably engaged between ten am and four pm, or that he needs more sleep and less activities after 8 Pm, and see that he can't complete unscripted sentences, etc etc etc?
And the fact they are coming thru both the southern and northern border with ease?
