You listen too to much hyperbole.
1. He is not going to destroy democracy.
2. He is not going to jail his political rivals or reporters. Although Biden was part of an administration that went after reporters and whistle blowers.
3. He is not going to take rights away.
Or any of the other **** claims out there. If you believe that stuff, then yes, you are a fool.
He had four years to do all that stuff. He didn't. But what we do have is a administration that told you what you have to put in your body. Told people that if they did not get the shot they would lose their jobs. Worked with private industry to censor free speech. Wants to regulate free speech on social media. Supported lock downs and business closures.
They are also using the justice system to attempt to circumvent democracy concerning their political rivals.
