Norbert the Notorious Narc was a fairly regular "guest star.
Country Cow Freak was their cousin.
Franklin had an ex- girlfriend named "Earth Mother" and they had a child named "Child Person"....
I think all issues are still available, plus they had some special issues that were in more of a hard bound book form.
