We don't vote for a PM, only political parties, no party ever gets more than 50% so we always end up with a coalition government, but the way it usually works is that the leader of the largest party in the coalition becomes PM, that would be Wilders.. however that was problem during the negotiations, too controversial, so another solution had to be found, it isn't against the law but I can't remember it happening before.. no clue how they came up with this guy though, it must be the deep state at work.. yeah, we have one too..
