No, I didn't.  It is an objective fact that right now you can call Trump a convicted felon.  It is an objective fact t hat Merchan putt off sentencing until Sept because of the Supreme Court Ruling.  It is an objective fact that the conviction could be tossed.

Stipulate to those facts.  I have.

But question you have to ask is that mistake up there intentional or not?
