 It is an objective fact t hat Merchan putt off sentencing until Sept because of the Supreme Court Ruling.  It is an objective fact that the conviction could be tossed.

The case isn't falling apart.

The law may have been changed AFTER the case was successfully argued before a jury.

If his convictions are qualified by immunity, it doesn't change any of the facts established in court.

You continue to put faith in people whose analyses have been CONSISTENTLY WRONG for decades.
