My grandfather was on a troop ship to France when they called off WW1.

My father left high school early to join the Marines. My uncle left at 15 to carry a spanner for the Flying Tigers in China, then joined the Marines in Guam. Both saw a LOT of combat.

Don't answer him.  I broke a long standing online rule a few years back after Options Boy chased me for days demanding I answer that question.  My rule being I wold never discuss my experience or my families.  I finally did and the genuine and proven  ****** has lied about the answer ever since.
